New 2
stage diffuser.
Will be offered in a 1 inch and 2 inch band version. Your
engine should be modified with 180 degrees of exhaust timing, and the
transfer ports widened out as well for optimum performance. As a rule
multiple diffuser's work well in High RPM applications such as this. With
the Zenoah's being a poorly designed engine to begin with, (open transfer
port's) just like the H2 Kawasaki bikes built in the late 60's and early
70's we need as much power from the pipe as you can get. The 2 inch version
will give you more flexibility in tuning the boat.
Complete system $175.00, pipe alone $100.00.The new 2
stage diffuser, will be offered in a 1 inch and 2
inch band version.

New Pipe Tape,
Here is one of our pipes wrapped in blue tape, this pipe
has about 5 tanks of fuel put through it.
It comes in ,blue, yellow ,red and black. The tape will
dress up your exhaust system and keep more heat inside the pipe.
Each roll cost $10.00.It will withstand temperatures of 500 degree's
F.

Ceramic Pipe

It is a well known that pipe design has a big influence on how a 2-Stroke
works. The pipes that are exposed to open air, and water being splashed on
them changes the tuned length of the pipe, because it makes the pipe cooler,
now the pipe acts as if it is longer. This is where the ceramic coating
comes in. Pressure waves move easier through hot air than cool air. The
coating keeps the heat inside the pipe, also the pipe temperature is more
consistent throughout its length, this provides a stronger and better timed
pressure wave at the port.
